Do you agree with that?

How do I get in the sweet spot?

As you can see above, these three circles represent for me the most important aspects in order to reach a richest life possible. Combined together, they form in the center a sweet spot (indicated by the "great" hand). You can argue about many other aspects you think they might be more important, but they unavoidably re-enter as subaspects of these ones.

Each of these three circles are the key to get the opportunity for a life full of freedom and joy.

Now, the sweet spot is the target we all want to reach, and to get it, we need to improve in these three aspects in the proper order of importance and lead your life based on this order.

The first circle to take care is the Health. Think about, if you are not healthy or you have serious health issues, you can do very little in your life, but most of all, you cannot work properly (which belongs to the circle of Money) and you have to depend from the medicines which can keep you fonctional but not for long. The best thing you can do is starting to prevent your body from breaking down by providing it all the raw materials (natural vital substances) that your body needs to run properly. Avoid smoking and the frequently use of alcohol but drink plenty of clean water every day. Moreover your body needs regular physical exercise in order to maintain its resilience. Because of that, you can have a highly productive and enjoyable life even in your 80s and 90s, particularly when you start to take care of your body as earlier as possible.

Once you satisfy your Health, you can then turn your attention to the other two circles which are your Relationships and Money.

The second circle in order of importance is the Relationships and that means the people you are daily interacting with, who can be your family, your friends and your girlfriend or boyfriend. It is in your best interest to take care of your relationship with your family and friends with kindness, honesty and respect. Especially in the case of your family and love relationship, give attention, focus, listen to them, be considerate and support them.

Then it comes the last circle, Money, which has to do with your job, your business but also the contact of people at work. First of all, it is important to find yourself in the right workplace, which means you need first to discover what you are good at and where is your strenght zone. Once you get that, you start working to improve your competence so that you will also acquire more confidence. By the time you get these two important factors, people will start to believe in your skills and your income will increase. But do never forget to be trustworthy and open minded.

It is important to take care of all these three aspects with the right priority (health - relationship - money) without neglecting any of them. Most of the people, for example, give the first priority to money at the expense of their health and also their relationships, thinking in the end is all about money, but they don't realize that these three aspects are all connected themselves. Money tends to be the driver because we live in a time where we need money to function and so we tend to believe that money is the top priority. A good example to make us believe this, is when we neglect our job for a certain time. What happens then? We suffer the consequences quickly. But it's not the case with our health because our body is very resilient. It's so easy to take our health for granted and neglect it over time.

There was a time I was believing that with money I could get a better life but then one day being sick at home, I realized that in fact without health we are not able to work and by consequence to earn money. It is a matter of being productive also taking into account our relationships.

To make it all happen you need a good week plan by prioritizing what matters most for your life. Identify then the tasks in your days based on this order and make sure to use a good planning tool that can be your phone, a program on your computer or an agenda.

Once you have your plan, execute it and maintain a strong discipline.
